Anomo Set to Distribute Writing Materials to Pupils, Teaching Aids to Ikosi-Ejinrin  Schools ~Ajasa-Info


The Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area, (Dr.) Akogun Wale Anomo, is set to distribute writing materials to pupils and teaching aids to primary schools across the LCDA as the 2026/2027 academic session begins.

Anomo disclosed this while welcoming pupils, students, teachers, non-teaching staff, parents and guardians across the council area back to school.

He expressed optimism that the new academic session would bring renewed opportunities for learning, growth and academic excellence across Ikosi-Ejinrin.

The Chairman reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to strengthening education and improving the learning environment, describing the intervention as part of efforts to provide practical support for learners, teachers and schools.

According to him, the initiative reflects his administration’s belief that investment in education is an investment in the future of Ikosi-Ejinrin, adding that the council would continue to explore measures that would enhance educational development.

Anomo urged pupils and students to approach the new session with discipline, focus and determination, noting that education remains an important tool for personal advancement and societal development.

He also commended teachers and other education personnel for their dedication to nurturing the next generation, while calling on parents and guardians to remain actively involved in the education of their children and wards.

The Chairman expressed confidence that the 2026/2027 academic session would bring breakthroughs, outstanding achievements and meaningful progress to the education community in Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA.
