QuickMed Araya Expands Campus Ambassador Programme to Tertiary Institutions Across Nigeria ~Ajasa-Info

QuickMed Araya is expanding its Campus Ambassador Programme to students across tertiary institutions in Nigeria, creating a platform for young people to engage with digital healthcare while developing practical leadership, communication, and community-building experience.

As healthcare continues to evolve alongside technology, access is no longer limited to the walls of a hospital or clinic. Digital platforms are increasingly becoming part of how people seek information, connect with healthcare professionals, and manage aspects of their healthcare. QuickMed Araya is positioned within this growing space, providing a digital healthcare ecosystem designed to make healthcare more accessible, convenient, and connected.

However, technology can only make an impact when people know about it, understand it, and can confidently use it. This is particularly important among young people, who make up a significant part of Nigeria’s student population and are often at the centre of digital adoption and community influence.

The Campus Ambassador Programme is therefore designed to take the Araya conversation directly into student communities.

Through the programme, selected students will represent QuickMed Araya within their institutions and help create awareness about the platform and its healthcare services. Ambassadors will engage fellow students, participate in campus activities and campaigns, support community outreach, and contribute to conversations that encourage greater awareness of accessible healthcare.

The programme also recognises that the value of an opportunity should extend beyond the organisation offering it. For students, becoming an Araya Campus Ambassador provides an avenue to gain experience in areas that are increasingly relevant in today’s professional environment.

Students will have opportunities to strengthen their communication, leadership, marketing, teamwork, networking, and community engagement skills. They will also gain practical experience working within a structured programme and representing a growing digital healthcare brand.

These experiences can be particularly valuable for students preparing to transition from academic life into the workplace, entrepreneurship, community development, or other professional paths. The programme gives them an opportunity to take responsibility, work with people, solve practical problems, and build experiences that cannot always be acquired within the classroom.

Importantly, the programme is not restricted to students studying healthcare-related disciplines. Students across different fields of study can participate. Whether their academic background is in technology, education, law, business, communication, engineering, the arts, or another discipline, students with an interest in leadership, communication, community development, healthcare, technology, or social impact can contribute meaningfully.

QuickMed Araya’s approach also reflects an understanding of the role students play within their communities. Information shared by a student can travel quickly through lecture halls, student organisations, residence halls, social platforms, and everyday peer interactions. By empowering students to become informed representatives, the programme creates a more direct connection between Araya and the communities it seeks to serve.

Beyond awareness, the programme is an opportunity to encourage young people to take a more active interest in their health. University and tertiary institution students often navigate demanding academic schedules, financial pressures, social responsibilities, and other challenges. In the midst of these demands, healthcare can sometimes become a secondary concern. Creating greater awareness of available healthcare options can help make health a more visible part of student life.

The expansion of the programme across Nigeria also means that the Araya community can grow beyond individual campuses and into a broader network of young people who share an interest in technology, healthcare, leadership, and community impact.

For QuickMed Araya, the Campus Ambassador Programme represents more than a campus marketing initiative. It is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with young Nigerians, understand the needs of student communities, and involve students in the wider conversation about the future of healthcare.

For students, it offers an opportunity to learn, contribute, connect with others, and gain practical experience while representing a platform focused on making healthcare more accessible.

Applications are now open to students across tertiary institutions in Nigeria who are ready to become part of the QuickMed Araya Campus Ambassador Programme.

The next generation of healthcare users will also be part of the generation shaping how healthcare is delivered. Through initiatives such as the Campus Ambassador Programme, QuickMed Araya is creating space for students to be part of that transformation.
