
Family members, friends, associates and political leaders gathered at the West End Event Center, Ikorodu West Local Council Development Area (LCDA), to honour the memory of Late Chief Monsuru Olushola Fadeyi during his final burial ceremony.
The ceremony brought together prominent political figures, public officials, community leaders and well-wishers who joined the Fadeyi family to pay their last respects to the late patriarch and celebrate his life and legacy.
Among the dignitaries in attendance were the Executive Chairman of Ikorodu West LCDA, Hon. Otunba Sulaimon Kazeem Olanrewaju (SKO); the Executive Chairman of Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye LCDA, Hon. Seyi Jakande (JAKO); Hon. Seyi Lawal, Member of the Lagos State House of Assembly representing Ikeja; Hon. Toyin Fayinka, Member of the House of Representatives representing Mushin Constituency II; and Hon. Deji Jakande, a former member of the House of Representatives.
Others included the Leader of the House, Mushin; supervisors of Ikorodu West LCDA; Mr. Olushola Tobun; Akinsaya Nureni of Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye LCDA, Mushin Constituency I; representatives of the Lagos State Vehicle Inspection Service (LASAVIC); Hon. Ajala and his wife; officials of the Lagos State public service; and other distinguished guests.
The elaborate ceremony provided an opportunity for attendees to celebrate the life of the late Chief, share memories and offer support to the bereaved family as they bid farewell to their patriarch.
The occasion also recognised Hon. Dayo Awodogan Funmisho, Vice Chairman of Odi-Olowo LCDA, and his wife, alongside Hon. Dayo Awodogan Funmisho, Supervisor for Transportation and Parks in Ikorodu West LCDA, and the entire Fadeyi family for their role in honouring the late Chief.
The Fadeyi family expressed profound appreciation to all dignitaries, friends, associates and well-wishers who attended the ceremony and stood by them throughout their period of mourning.
