The Lagos State Commissioner for Agriculture, Hon. Princess Abisola Olusanya, has donated a solar power system to the Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA) Secretariat in Ikorodu, in a move described as a demonstration of her commitment to the Renewed Hope Agenda.

The donation, which includes solar panels, a 5kWh 24V lithium battery, and a 5.5kVA inverter, is expected to provide uninterrupted power supply to the secretariat and enhance its operations.

The Renewed Hope Ambassador for Ikorodu Federal Constituency, Comrade Japheth Odesanya, disclosed this while speaking with journalists on Sunday.

According to Odesanya, the donation followed a courtesy visit by the Renewed Hope Ambassadors team to the Commissioner’s office last week, during which she reaffirmed her commitment to supporting the activities of the organisation.

He described the gesture as timely, praising Olusanya for her humility, leadership qualities, and dedication to the Renewed Hope Agenda.

“When we visited her last week, she assured us of her total loyalty and commitment to the second-term bid of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. She also promised that the provision of solar power would mark the beginning of a stronger collaboration and continuous support for the activities of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors,” Odesanya said.

He expressed appreciation to the Commissioner for the donation and congratulated her on her appointment as the Lagos State Director of Humanitarian Services for the Renewed Hope Ambassadors.

Odesanya noted that the solar installation would improve the functionality of the Ikorodu secretariat while strengthening the capacity of the organisation to effectively coordinate its programmes and activities in support of the Renewed Hope Agenda.
