Top leaders and prominent members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) converged on Freedom Park, Osogbo, for the party’s final mega rally ahead of Saturday’s Osun State governorship election.

Engr. JohnPaul Meranda joined Hon. Femi Oyetola, son of the Honourable Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, His Excellency Adegboyega Oyetola, alongside other APC leaders and dignitaries at the rally.

The event attracted the President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio; Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodinma; Governor of Ondo State, Lucky Aiyedatiwa; former Osun State Governor, Adegboyega Oyetola; former Deputy Governor of Osun State and former APC National Secretary, Senator Iyiola Omisore; APC governorship candidate, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO); APC National Secretary, Senator Ajibola Basiru; and Director-General of the APC Osun Campaign Council, Hon. Oluwole Oke.

Also at the rally were APC governors, members of the National Working Committee, federal lawmakers, party leaders and other political stakeholders from across the country.

The gathering was marked by a strong show of solidarity and unity, with party leaders and supporters reaffirming their commitment to the APC and its governorship candidate, AMBO, ahead of the election.

The rally also provided an opportunity for the party to demonstrate its organisational strength and mobilisation across Osun State as it intensified efforts towards securing victory at the polls.

The event ended with renewed calls for party supporters to remain united and mobilised as Osun heads to the polls on Saturday.
